Victory Homes International provides a residential, Christian environment for men and women. The purpose of “The Home” is to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have been destroyed or disrupted by drugs, alcohol, and other substance abuse.
We establish three essential values:
Commitment to Christ
Restoration of the family
Positive work ethic

Victory Homes is more than just a program—it's part of a larger mission. As a graduate of the Victory Home, we’ve experienced firsthand the life-changing impact it has. Here, lives are completely transformed.
I came in as a young man addicted to drugs and caught up in a life of crime. But through structure, discipline, and dependence on God, my life was completely turned around. Victory Homes provided me with a safe place to heal, grow in my faith, and learn how to live with purpose and discipline. It’s a place where broken lives are restored, where hope is rebuilt, and where men and women are given a real opportunity to step into a new future.

My life was once marked by addiction. As I followed a path that led from Oxycontin to a four-year heroin dependency, but in 2010 everything changed when I entered the Victory Home. It was there that I discovered my life had purpose beyond addiction.
Through God’s transforming power, I experienced true restoration and answered the call to ministry. Today I am a husband to my wife and father to my children.

My name is Cheryl Smith. I began to use drugs at the age of 13. For many years I lead this life headed for destruction with no hope in sight. But someone told me about the Victory Home. The moment I walked through those doors, I encountered hope, love, and a new beginning.
It was there I found my purpose and true transformation. The Victory Home works!

For years, drugs and alcohol controlled my life. At 31, I found myself trapped in a cycle of addiction that I couldn’t break on my own. Losing my purpose and hope in the process, everything changed when I entered the Victory Home.
Through the ministry of Victory Outreach, I found a supportive community that understood my pain and offered a way out. They didn’t just see an addict; they saw a man worth saving. Victory Outreach gave me the tools to build a foundation of faith and a future full of promise.
This free community event is open to everyone—no cost to attend.
